A $300 charge will apply for broken glass in or near the pool (draining/ cleaning/ filling) 3- No Cups or Glasses on Pool Table 4- No Super Loud Music after 11pm (Moderate) 5- Please keep the house towels indoors. They are not intended for use outside or at the beach. 6- Do not dispose of feminine products or toilet paper in the toilet.

Had a great time here with a group of 4. The host is super responsive and helpful with planning and recommending things to check out. The house is also walking distance from many restaurants and bars. I would definitely come back here again!

Ryan and his team were incredible host. Always responsive, provided great recommendations for food and activities, and provided clean and safe lodging and transportation accommodations. The Airbnb listing is accurately described on the website. Everything you need is walking distance, from grocery stores and restaurants, to the clubs. When visiting Jaco, you cannot go wrong with Ryan and his team. They are familiar with the area and they will not steer you wrong. Shoutouts to Ryan and Keyna for making this experience stress free.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect spot for a group trip! We had a total of 10 guys and the place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed—great location—just a short walk to Jacó Beach, restaurants, and the nightlife. The host was easy to reach and gave solid local tips. She might as well live with us. She was so helpful. If there was an issue she jumped right on it for us. We had a blast hanging out at the house and exploring the area. This Airbnb made our Costa Rica experience smooth and memorable. We’ll definitely be back again!

The over all experience at this place was amazing it was clean and ready to live in, the HOST KENYA was AMAZINGLY the BEST she made our stay the most memorable and informative to us as possible, she told us everything we needed to know and would respond to anything we ask throughout our whole stay. I would recommend this place to anyone including family stay or even a guys trip. I would book again in a heartbeat. Excellent property! The place was very clean and location just a couple of walking minutes to the beach. Everything worked fine, the pool was super clean, and A/C was ice-cold. Highly recommended!

Myself and a group of 10 close friends stayed at Ryan’s home as we were in Jaco celebrating our friends bachelor party. I can’t recommend this home enough. From its proximity to the beach and many great restaurants and shops, to its size, and its incredible backyard patio. I also have to give a shout out to Keyna who was an amazing host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed for our stay as well as giving great local recommendations and always checking up on us if we needed anything. All in all, an amazing home worth every penny.

The place is really good for the amount of people it allows. Pool is nice. Keyna was very helpful from picking activities to recommendations around the area. We always felt like we had someone who we trusted in the area at any time. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and her communication was amazing. The owners have done well setting up the house and system. Place is nicely secured as well. Pura Vida!

Great location. Great space. Host Kenya made us feel really at home. Not once did we feel like we were in an Airbnb, felt like our home. The only Airbnb I have ever stayed where I was not too concerned about rules or complaints. We felt free and in turn felt the need to respect “our home”. This will be the spot every time in Jaco Beach. One Love.

Our stay at Keyna’s home was amazing! The house was spotless, beautifully situated, and had everything we needed except the washing machine and dryer but they arranged the laundry service. Keyna was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 5/5.

The house was great, the location was perfect, the people were amazing, but I’ll be back because of our host/concierge/manager/new friend, Kenya. It would be really hard to oversell how much easier and better she made our spontaneous getaway to Costa Rica. We really didn’t have much of a plan other than to surf and party. After I booked the house, Kenya was almost immediately in touch with me and offered to help coordinate our whole trip with their concierge service. She arranged drivers to and from the airport, helped with grocery shopping, surf board rentals, reservations, bar hopping tours with a host, and everything in between. She even offered to send my ring I left on the nightstand back to me in the states via DHL. Thank you again Kenya for a trip I’ll never forget! Pura vida

We're 1 short block from all the clubs, Restaurants, bars and beach. Everything is at walking distance. Our concierges can summon taxi cabs for your group and it costs $1.25 (a dollar) to anywhere in Jaco. Renting a Car for Jaco is wasting your money.
