Great communication and response from Ryan and the host Keyna. The location was walking distance to everything. I felt safe walking around town. The house was clean and welcoming. I would recommend to my family and friends. Thanks for the hospitality!

100% recommended this place! Ryan and Key, were both very responsive, would check in if anything was needed. The home itself is very clean. We loved the backyard and pool with the added Bluetooth speaker. Every detailed was thought of. The neighborhood is very close to restaurants, stores and activities. Thank you Ryan and Key for the stay!

wonderful place to stay. everything was perfect. Kenya went above and beyond to help us with plans around town, answered questions, and showed us a few great hidden spots to visit. she was very professional and communicative. 100% would recommend this place.

Ryan’s place is great, the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, local shops, and more at a walking distance.. house is great and well maintained, though the pool could be a bit bigger you can get a nice splash! the table games are a nice detail! Ryan is a great host and the house keeper is really helpful!

Excellent place for our family vacation. Guest house was perfect for all the kids to hang out. Loved the small pool and pool table! Keyna was the perfect cohost and was extremely responsive even though our stay was over the holidays. She even responded on her days off! Highly recommended

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and in a perfect location. Check-in was smooth, communication was fast, and the host went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We were 5 guys and the place was exactly what we needed. They were able to prepare the beds to be connected instead of single beds. The co-host Keyna was super responsive and helped out when we needed more towels or suggestions for places in town. Highly recommend this spot.

We had such a great stay here and would book it again. Everything was as described, the house is a perfect walking distance from the bars and restaurants. Their recommendations were spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great place, just as in the listing. checking in and out was great. the house was fantastic. Also they can provide concierge service through Kenya and she can arrange anything you need from transportation, ideas for attractions and local restaurants. I would recommend the house and the concierge to anyone looking to experience what Jaco has to offer

I had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. Keyna was a fantastic host—super responsive, kind, and made me feel right at home. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches and how easy she made the whole process. Highly recommend both the home and the host! FYI - dryer/washer would be very useful though
